Once you have successfully sent your print job to the “Global Student Queue”, go to the designated student printer and select the Printer Logic app on the screen, tap your Capital ID Badge over the card reader, located to the left of the touchscreen panel on the printer.
After a few seconds, you will be logged in and will see on the display screen your held print job items in the printer queue.
Select the desired print job(s) and select the “Print” button. Your print jobs will then be processed and released from the print queue, and print out.
Think Before You Print
You can help Capital preserve the environment and save energy with these tips.
Learn to review and edit documents online, so you only print a final copy.
Use email, cloud storage (e.g., OneDrive/Google Drive), or flash drives to distribute documents when possible.
Print on both sides of the paper, as needed.
Reuse before you recycle. Use the back of waste paper as scratch paper.
Recycle waste paper when you’re finished.
