    Tips to Avoid Malpractice/Navigating Ethical Traps
    • Chris Weber, Director, Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter
    • Chris will provide practical guidance to address issues that lawyers face every day in their practice. Properly navigating thorny ethical issues will help improve client relationships and lead to a better night’s sleep.

    Highlights In The Disciplinary System
    • Jane Gleaves, Associate, Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter
    • Jane will provide a review of recent notable ethics opinions in Ohio. She will share their potential implications for the practice of law going forward.

    Ethical Pitfalls in the Transactional Practice
    • Jason Beehler, Director, Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter
    • Jason will discuss ethics through the transactional lens and talk about practical issues for transactional lawyers, such as candor to third parties and attorney-client privilege in deal documents.

    This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 3.00 total CLE hours of attorney professional conduct instruction.
