  • Acessibility Services
Capital University Law School welcomes individuals with disabilities to be an integral part of the university community. In order for all members of the community to access and participate in our programs, and in compliance with Title III of The Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Capital University Law School provides reasonable accommodations and support services to qualified individuals with disabilities

The Office of Accessibility Services (OAS) provides services for students, faculty/staff, and other community members with disability-related needs. Service areas include admissions, academics, housing, facilities accessibility, social/personal issues related to disability, and employment.

Individuals with disabilities who wish to receive services from the OAS are responsible for disclosing their disability to OAS. The OAS registration process should be completed at least 6 weeks prior to the desired start date for most services.
