2/3/2021 - For Rachel Rafoth, L’22, Capital University Law School was the perfect fit.  It offered a great location in downtown Columbus – the state capital – small class sizes, welcoming students and professors, and it was close to family and friends.

Rachel says her favorite parts about CapLaw are her professors and fellow students. The small class sizes allow for communication with professors and most of the other students. “All my professors are easy to talk to and make time to answer all of my questions,” she says.

Rachel also loves the location of CapLaw.

“Columbus is my favorite city,” she says.  “There are so many cool restaurants and coffee shops, great boutiques and malls, and sporting events to attend.”

Rachel serves as vice president for the Women’s Law Association, a Volume 49 Staff Member of Law Review, research assistant, and peer advisor.

Rachel earned her undergraduate degree in finance, with a minor in economics, from The Ohio State University in 2019. Following graduation from CapLaw, she hopes to specialize in real estate law.

“Choosing Capital was the best decision I made,” she says, “it has been an amazing experience!”
