2. Listen to Introductory Overview Lecture Posted in ECHO360 for this class
3. Review UCC, Article 9 table of contents of the Code Book to familiarize yourself with how the code is set up
4. Read pages 1-27 AND 35-44 in the Casebook, including completion of problem 1-1 (USING OHIO EXEMPTIONS, Section 2329.66 of the Ohio Revised Code—we will cover the problem in class
