Burton & Eisenberg, Contract Law: Selected Source Materials, Annotated. This is the “statutory supplement.”  Any recent edition is fine

  • 2021 edition is ISBN: 9781647088620 (this is the Expanded Edition, that seems to be only $1 more than the smaller abridged version).
  • 2020 edition is ISBN 9781647080761 (this is the Expanded Edition, that seems to be only $1 more than the smaller version)
  • 2019 edition is ISBN 978-1642429305
  • 2018 edition ISBN: 978-1642420265

  • 2015 edition, ISBN: 978-1634595551
  • 2013 or 2014 or even earlier versions going back to 2010 or so are probably also fine.

Jeffrey Ferriell, UNDERSTANDING CONTRACTS (4th ed. 2018, Carolina Academic Press) ISBN 978-1-5310-0993-9.  The 3d edition of this contains much of the same information as in the 4th edition. Section numbers are the same as in the 4th edition
