The National Center for Adoption Law & Policy works to improve child welfare, foster care and adoption law, practices, and policies so that all children – especially those who are dependent on the state for their care – can have healthy, safe, and stable homes

NCALP, community leaders, adoption professionals and individuals who care about making kids a priority came together at The Bluestone downtown Columbus for this fundraising celebration on Friday, October 21, 2011.
