Understanding Gender Bias in Our Community

Ms. Dunn and Ms. Beiting will discuss women’s issues in Columbus including a look at the wage gap and leadership roles. Following the presentation, participants will break out into small groups to participate in a conversation about gender norms and implicit bias and how to disrupt such bias using the Women’s Fund of Central Ohio’s Gender By Us conversation toolkit. A reception will follow the Forum.
