Biography

Karen K. Rosenberg had an active civil trial and appellate practice in Columbus, Ohio for over 22 years, which included extensive discovery, approximately 50 jury trials and 45 appellate arguments, and the research and writing of hundreds of memoranda, procedural and dispositive motions, and briefs. During her time in practice, she served for several semesters as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Legal Research & Writing, and for a semester as Adjunct Professor teaching Trial Practice, at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. When Professor Rosenberg was a graduate student studying American Literature, she taught First Year English Composition at Ohio State.
