Access to the wireless network at Capital University Law School requires the installation of the Cisco Clean Access Agent. Once the software is installed you will be required to log in using your username (everything before the @ symbol in your email address) to connect to the network.
If you receive a message that says you have temporary access due to the CapAV rule then chances are you have an anti-virus program that the Cisco Clean Access Agent does not recognize. You can download the free anti-virus program from Microsoft called Security Essentials which will work with Clean Access. Updating the list of anti-virus programs that work with Clean Access is out of our hands and lies with Cisco to make the changes.
Currently Clean Access does not work with Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. We do have a work around for this and request that you come to our office or the Help Desk so we can assist you. Our hours are located on our Information page.
