The online roster provides faculty and assigned faculty secretaries online instant access to class rosters for the current or up-coming term. Available features include:
- total class enrollment
- class room assigned
- waitlist
- and ability to email all students or selected students.
Access:
- Access has been enabled for any faculty members who have taught a course since fall 2010. This includes adjunct, full time, tenure, tenure track and visiting.
- If you are a new or returning after leave faculty member (i.e., you have not taught since Fall 2010), contact the Office of Records and Registration to be given permission and log in access.
- Web Advisor access uses the same login information as the Capital Law email system. Enter your username and password to access.
- Online Rosters will begin with this upcoming summer 2011 term and onward.
Notes:
- Printed copies of rosters, attendance sheets and seating charts will still be distributed the Wednesday before the term begins.
- Your assigned faculty secretary also has access to this on-line roster and email capability.
- This on-line list is real time; students may add/drop courses anytime through the first two weeks of the regular term.
- Faculty members will still receive notification from the Records office if students have added or dropped courses outside the add/drop period.
Instructions/Training:
See the instruction sheet on how to navigate your online course rosters.
Email:
When using the email functionality, select the option to blind carbon copy (BCC) students. This will ensure the reply all function is not abused.
