            For our first class on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, please read pp. 1-35 in Sterk, Leslie, and Dobris Estates & Trusts:  Cases and Materials (Foundation Press, 4th ed., 2011) ISBN # 978-1-59941-928-2.  For those of you who wish to read ahead, we will next cover pp. 45-64, although it is unlikely that we will cover all of these pages by the end of the first week of class.
