            For our first class on Thursday, January 10, 2013, please read pp. 1-35 in Sterk, Leslie, and Dobris, Estates & Trusts:  Cases and Materials (Foundation Press, 4th ed., 2011) ISBN # 978-1-59941-928-2.  For those of you who wish to read ahead, we will next cover pp. 45-64, 65-87 (Stopping Before “Problems and Questions”), and 88-89 (“The Uniform Probate Code’s ‘Representation’ Provision”), although we will almost assuredly not cover all of these pages by the end of the second week of class.
