Tuition: $546.00 per credit hour
•Fall tuition payment is due August 22, 2012.
•Deferred Payment Plan fee is $25.00. Fall deferred tuition payments are due August 22, 2012 and October 5, 2012. See Deferred Payment form
•Employee Provided Payment Plan fee is $25.00. Payments are due no later than March 18, 2013. See Employee Provided Payment form
•Late Payment Fee: $150.00 (Charged to unpaid accounts approximately 10 days after due date)
•All statements prepared by the Finance Office will be sent to students via e-Bill only. These statements will be posted August 8, 2012.
TUITION REFUND POLICY
To withdraw from an individual course or to withdraw completely from the Law School, the student must complete and submit the appropriate form to the Office of Records & Registration. No refund will be made without such official written notification.
For a student who officially withdraws from the Law School or from a Law School course or courses during a semester or term, the amount of tuition due to the Law School is determined by the student’s official withdrawal date as set by the Office of Records & Registration. The amount of the refund is calculated based upon the withdrawal date as follows:
For Non-Intensive formatted courses:
-drop/withdrawal through the 2nd week of the semester (Sept. 4, 2012) 100%
-drop/withdrawal the 3rd or 4th week of the semester (Sept. 18, 2012) 75%
-drop/withdrawal the 5th or 6th week of the semester (Oct. 2, 2012) 50%
-drop/withdrawal after the 6th week of the semester (after Oct. 2, 2012) 0%
