CapLaw One of Nation's Top Law Schools for Bar Passage
Capital University Law School has been listed as one of the nation’s top law schools in terms of preparing its students for the bar exam.
The recognition is planned for the February edition of National Jurist magazine and the April edition of preLaw magazine. Cypress Publishing, which produces these magazines, will distribute 50,000 print copies of preLaw magazine to pre-law advisors and pre-law societies. National Jurist also is distributed nationwide.
Professor Yvonne Twiss and alumnus Thomas Siwo, L'11, are quoted in the article. Read the full National Jurist article.
"Some schools, like Capital, buck the averages. The average percentage of first-time test takers passing the bar at Capital in the past five July exams is 90.26 percent, compared to 88.26 for all other Ohio schools," stated the article.
