Mediation & Dispute Resolution Certificate ProgramThis program offers students the opportunity to earn a Mediation or Dispute Resolution certificate. It was designed by the Law School faculty. Center for Dispute ResolutionThe Center serves as a resource for and to be engaged in teaching, training, experimentation, application, development, and research with regard to the processes that are available to resolve disputes, with particular emphasis on negotiation and mediation. Minority Conference on Dispute ResolutionThe National Conference of Minority Professionals in Alternative Dispute Resolution is an initiative launched by the Law School to increase the presence of minority professionals at all levels and in all areas of alternative dispute resolution.
