The Life Care Planner on Trial is an intensive, interactive, and inclusive weekend under the instruction of experienced trial attorneys. The program is designed for the certified life care planner who wants to enhance their understanding of the evidentiary importance of the life care plan and further develop their skills as an expert witness.

Participants are asked to submit a sample life care plan before the weekend module so the trial attorneys can review the plan and prepare for the mock deposition, direct and cross-examination sessions.
