1ST YEAR DAY, 1ST YEAR EVENING and 2ND YEAR EVENING: students will be registered by the Office of Records & Registration for all Spring 2013 classes, once you have completed the Employment and Disclosure form.

Your specific registration time slot will be e-mailed to your Capital e-mail account.
ACTION ITEMS:
- EMPLOYMENT AND DISCLOSURE FORMS: EMPLOYMENT AND DISCLOSURE FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON-LINE PRIOR TO REGISTRATION OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER. (You will need to login to CULSNet to complete.) ALL STUDENTS will be on a registration hold until these forms have been completed and submitted. Forms must be completed online by Wednesday, October 24th, 2012 by 6:00 P.M.
- ATTENTION FIRST YEAR DAY, PART TIME DAY, FIRST YEAR AND SECOND YEAR EVENING STUDENTS: The Office of Records & Registration will not register you for Spring 2013 until these forms have been completed and submitted.
- EXCESSIVE CREDIT HOURS: Any FULL TIME DAY student registered for more than 16 credit hours must seek permission from Associate Dean Janutis. A Change in Registration Form must be completed before the end of the first week of classes. This form is located in the Office of Records and Registration. No evening student may be registered for more than 11 credit hours without seeking permission from Dean Janutis.
- REPEAT COURSE: If you are repeating a required course, you MUST schedule an academic advising meeting with Assistant Dean DiSanza before your scheduled registration time for the upcoming semester.
- CHANGING DIVISIONS: If you have received approval to switch divisions (day to evening/evening to day student) for Spring 2013, you MUST report to the Office of Records & Registration to register on the date listed above for your CURRENT (Spring 2013) status. No evening student may be registered for more than 11 credit hours without seeking permission from Dean Janutis.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: First year student must achieve at least a 2.00 grade point average by their respective dismissal period and every subsequent semester after that period. Please see the Manual of Policies and Procedures Chapter 4.8.01. All other students must maintain a 2.000 cumulative grade point average to remain in school. Any student who fails to obtain a 2.000 cumulative grade point average will be academically dismissed from school. Only those students who have obtained at least a 1.900 grade point average may petition for reinstatement.

All graduating students are responsible for meeting the basic graduation requirements which include: All required courses, satisfaction of the perspective requirement, and the upper-class writing requirement, and a total of 89 credit hours, for those who began Fall 2006 or later (See Manual of Policies & Procedures for more detailed requirements).
