1. Students whose academic performance indicates that they are most likely to improve their academic performance with academic support beyond that supplied in the regular JD curriculum.
2. Professional Responsibility is a required course, and may be taken after the student has completed fifty (50) hours of course work.
3. Legal Drafting is to be taken during the students last year of law school.
