LLM & MT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Complete an online admission application, via the LSAC Graduate Admission website. As a part of the application, each applicant must submit a personal statement detailing the non-quantifiable qualities that he or she possesses; applicants must also submit a resume or curriculum vitae.
2. Request that official transcripts be sent directly to the admission office. Official transcripts must be sent directly to the Law School. LLM applicants are required to submit transcripts from their law school. MT applicants must submit transcripts for all post-high schoolwork undertaken which contributed to the earning of a bachelors degree.
NOTE: Capital Law graduates please request to have a copy of your transcript released from the records/registration office to Regina Burch. Contact Marty Hendren to make this request.
3. Two letters of recommendation are required. Letters can be sent directly to the admission office.
NOTE: Capital Law graduates do not need to submit letters of recommendation. Please list two references in the letter of recommendation section of the application.
4. Submit the application fee of $35.00, payable online via credit card, or by check or money order payable to Capital University Law School.
NOTE: The application fee is waived for Capital University Law School and Capital University students and graduates. Please contact Regina Burch to request a fee waiver code.

Application Deadlines
Graduate Law applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Applicants may apply for fall, spring, or summer admission. Recommended application deadlines are as follows:
Summer: April 1
Fall: July 1
