Biography

Mr. Hardymon has been a trial lawyer for 36 years, first as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Franklin County, Ohio and for the past 31 years, as a litigator with the firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where he has been a partner since January 1987. 

Mr. Hardymon has extensive civil, criminal and appellate litigation experience, serving as lead counsel in over 40 jury trials. Mr. Hardymon is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia, as well as before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association. 

Mr. Hardymon is an Ohio State Bar Foundation Fellow and a Columbus Bar Foundation Fellow. He is the former editor of the Columbus Bar Association publication Lawyer's Quarterly and a mentor in the Ohio Supreme Court's Lawyer to Lawyer mentoring program.
