Professor Hoffman is an attorney and certified public accountant with more than 25 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, research, accounting and auditing with both public accounting firms and a public company. She specializes in tax planning for business expansion abroad, inbound and outbound investments, cross-border transaction planning, transfer pricing and expatriate tax planning. She has worked with companies and foreign individuals with business operations and foreign investment in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Professor Hoffman has taught courses at Franklin University and The Ohio State University, as well as CPE courses.
