Biography
Ms. Eschleman is a Commissioner with the Ohio Environmental Review
Appeals Commission. From 2006-2008, Ms. Eschleman served as the
associate director for Pro Bono at the Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation.
Previously Eschleman was the senior attorney in
the Family Advocacy Clinic Child Custody Unit. Ms. Eschleman was
admitted
to the Ohio bar in 1987, the Federal District Court for the
Southern District
of Ohio in 1987 and the Federal District Court for the Northern
District
of Ohio in 1995. She is a member of the American, Ohio, Columbus
and Franklin
County Women's Bar Associations, and she serves on the Family
Law Committees
of the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations. Ms. Eschleman also
serves on
the Ohio Supreme Court Domestic Violence Advisory Committee and
participates
in the Columbus Bar Association's Homeless Project. Since
joining Capital
in 2001, she remains Of Counsel at Porter, Wright, Morris and
Arthur,
LLP, where she practiced in the area of complex commercial
litigation
for 14 years. Ms. Eschleman is actively involved in the
community. She
serves on the Southern Ohio Synod Domestic Violence Task Force,
is a member
of the Board of Trustees of the Mount Carmel Foundation and
serves on
the Ohio Center for Law Related Education Case Committee and the
Jan Hurley
