Biography

In addition to teaching Legal Research and Writing, Professor Orlando is also the associate director of public services for Capital's law library and a mediator in the Federal District Court. Prior to joining Capital, Professor Orlando was a research librarian at The Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C., and a reference librarian at the Fine Arts Library of the Columbus Metropolitan Library.
