The Office of Professional Development (OPD) surveys recent Capital University Law School Juris Doctor (J.D.) graduates six to nine months after May Commencement. The primary goal of the survey is to provide current and prospective students with valuable information in order to make informed decisions. The data is also collected and reported to the American Bar Association (ABA) as well as NALP - The Association for Legal Career Professionals. All information reported is done so confidentially. (See employment outcome for the class of 2010.)
Survey Method
Beginning in November of each year, the OPD contacts all graduates from the most recent graduating class. (For purposes of this survey, a graduation class includes graduates from September of the previous year as well as January and May graduates from the current year. For example, the Class of 2011 includes graduates from September 2010, January 2011, and May 2011.) Graduates may complete the survey online via Symplicity or on a paper form.
Please contact the Office of Professional Development with any questions or for more information about employment and salary data (614-236-6888 or OPD@law.capital.edu).
