    Dispute Resolution concentration for JD students

    Capital's Dispute Resolution faculty have experience in the local, national and international legal mediation areas. The concentration is coordinated by Professor Roberta Mitchell who has been a member of the Capital University Law School faculty since 1972. Professor Mitchell also serves as Director of Capital's clinical programs.

    Dispute Resolution concentration in the LL.M. program

    Students in the LL.M. in Business or the LL.M. in Business and Taxation (Business Concentration) can choose a concentration in Dispute Resolution. Most of the Dispute Resolution academic courses have been approved for the LL.M. Please see the LL.M. Viewbook for a current list of approved courses.
