The Corporate Transactional Law Journal is the newest addition to Capital University Law School's tradition of excellence in scholarly publications. The journal focuses on corporate law, and the transactional side of legal work. This new Journal will explore corporate transactional issues effecting today's business world. The initial medium for the journal is this online publication, and will contain articles, case summaries, interviews with practitioners, and other transactional-related matters.
