These articulation agreements provide that students from the participating undergraduate institutions are:

1. Earning a bachelor degree within two years of matriculation to Capital University Law School,
2. Ranking in the top half of their class,
3. Earning at least half their credits at that university,
4. Achieving an average LSAT score above the national LSAT median,
5. Meeting Capital Law’s good character requirement, and
6. Fully completing a Capital Law application in a timely fashion will be guaranteed admission.
