American Civil Liberties Union

  • Capital Law's American Civil Liberties Union ("ACLU") chapter seeks to:

    • Aid in maintaining and extending constitutional and other fundamental rights, liberties, privileges, and immunities.
    • Take all legitimate actions in furtherance of its objective without political partisanship.
    • Promote open dialogue between the students, staff and faculty in order to educate the community about the Bill of Rights and legal issues related to the protection of fundamental civil liberties.
