Refunds and Cancellations

A completed registration includes payment in full at the time of submission or a government voucher/purchase order accompanying the registration. We reserve the right to cancel a training if the minimum number of participants is not met. A full refund to paid registrants will be provided if this occurs.

Refunds will be made for cancellations made in writing on or before Friday, May 1, 2009. No refunds will be granted after that date, but substitutions will be permitted.
